My mom took her in for a gas pump problem. They "fixed" it for $800 and sent her on her way (she wouldn't know if that was a fair price or not!). She drove up the bridge and the car engine quit. Apparently they "forgot" to attach the pump. Huh? Then they forgot to reattach her blinkers wire. After that back and forth and a week later, her engine lights have been going off one at a time. Yesterday it was the oil light (which was filled but it was BONE DRY) and today the coolant light came on which is also empty. VERY concerning since they claimed to have checked her whole car over including fluids when the gar pump was "FIXED." This garage does not take care of the locals who have supported the only garage in town for years, but to then send an older lady on her way with car problems that are considerably unsafe (stall on the bridge for Jez sakes!!) and have her pay ridiculous charges and not even fix the problem, is incredulous. Boo on you El Cordova Garage. I will find my mom a safe place with a reputable name who I trust with her car care from this day forward.
