Nurse Patty is the best! I went to Remedi for my very first IPL treatment (on my face for dark spots/freckle removal) and from start to finish my experience was perfect. At my consultation, Nurse Patty explained the entire IPL process, answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable! Remedi uses industry leading equipment and has a modern, fun vibe in the office. The staff is extremely qualified, professional and friendly, and Nurse Patty's patience and focus on making sure that I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my results is exactly what I experience. During and after the IPL treatment I had no pain, discomfort or redness. The two dark spots on my face were completely gone after a week along with some of my freckles. Highly recommend!
